The Program

  • Your Coach AG (YCAG) is a boutique online Coaching Program, providing a Personalized Professional Coach to help you become a better Leader by grooming various skills needed for Leaders in areas like: Business Communication (stakeholder analysis, proposals & presentation, influencing and negotiation, etc), Cross Culture(communication and behavior realignment depending on respective culture), Personal Development (managing soft skills and emotions) and others.
  • All the sessions are Live (online through Audio-Video communication platforms), Interactive, Task-oriented.

  • We offer a wide variety of courses through group learnings.

The Mode

  • Task-oriented: Most of the lessons/chapters have a mix of Theoretical concepts and Assignments (analysis, presentation, role plays, debates, etc).
  • Grading: Each participant is regularly graded against pre-defined parameters and a monthly scorecard is produced.
  • Feedback: Regular feedback is shared regarding areas for improvements.
